I've started eating rice cereal! The first couple times I had it it was absolutely disgusting! Mommy discovered that I like it cold and made with water instead of warm and made with breastmilk. Now I devour it twice a day! I've really plumped up a lot since I started eating and am sleeping much better now too. I'm going to try baby food soon and can't wait! I'll keep you updated on how that goes.
I'm sitting up on my own now. Sometimes I get excited and straighten my legs and fall over backwards so I always have a pillow or boppy behind me. I'm also making some progress on my tummy. I use my toes to turn from side to side and to scoot myself forward as much as I can to try to reach anything and everything I possibly can.
I'm VERY interested in toys and have to have something in my hands at all times. The second I lose touch with whatever I've been playing with I let out a screech to let someone know I need another toy.
Overall, I'm a very happy baby. I smile and laugh a lot and spend 99% of my awake time watching every move my big brother makes. I can't wait until I'm old enough to get into his toys!
